To support our team, we are looking for you as
Your tasks:
- Autonomous support of our clients with a high degree of service orientation, reliability, and professional communication
- Creation of quotes, order confirmations and invoices, as well as ensuring smooth order processing
- Identification of sales opportunities in day-to-day business and active support in acquiring new orders
- Close collaboration with production, logistics, and field sales to ensure optimal process coordination.
- Monitoring of delivery dates and customer requirements, as well as reliable clarification of queries.
- Careful maintenance of customer and item data in the invoicing/ERP system
This is what you bring:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales – ideally with a passion for active selling
- A structured, self-reliant, and goal-oriented way of working
- Safe Handling of MS Applications (particularly Teams, Excel, Word)
- Communicational strength, persuasiveness, and a friendly, confident demeanour
