To support our team, we are looking for you as
Your tasks:
- Regelmäßige Sichtkontrollen an Gebäuden und technischen Anlagen sowie eigenständige Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Innen- und Außenbereich
- Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen, Behebung von Störungen und Unterstützung bei der allgemeinen Objektinstandhaltung
- Organisation und Kontrolle der eigenen sowie externen Reinigungskräfte und Mitverantwortung für ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild der Gebäude
- Pflege der Außenanlagen, einschließlich Rasenpflege, Rückschnitt, Bepflanzung und allgemeiner Grünflächenunterhaltung
- Winterdienst: Sicherstellen von geräumten und gestreuten Wegen während der Wintermonate
- Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Verbrauchs- und Betriebsmaterialien

- Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte handwerkliche Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten
- Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und eine selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
