To support our team, we are looking for you as
Your tasks:
- Regular visual inspections of buildings and technical systems, as well as independently ensuring order and cleanliness indoors and outdoors
- Carrying out minor repairs, troubleshooting and assisting with general property maintenance
- Organisation and supervision of internal and external cleaning staff and shared responsibility for a well-maintained appearance of the buildings
- Grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, planting and general green space upkeep
- Winter service: Ensuring cleared and gritted paths during the winter months
- Support with the sourcing and management of consumables and operating materials
This is what you bring:
- A completed vocational training in a craft or technical trade, as well as experience in a comparable field of activity
- Several years of professional experience as well as sound practical knowledge and skills
- Organisational skills, flexibility and resilience
- Reliability as well as a confident and friendly manner
- Strong customer service orientation and an independent, meticulous working style
